“Painfully overemployed,” says a John Matthews trying to muster up a short description of himself. John handles media and technologies for YTG, and while he’s less visible in the day-to-day rehearsals and meeting, he is involved behind the scenes in the Group’s administration and planning. American country boy by birth (think the assorted works of Hank Williams Jr.) and communications multitool by trade, John has lived in Japan his entire adult life, providing translation, media consulting, market research, and other services in the greater Tokyo area. His perpetual weakness is any house track released between 1991 and 2004.

John is a YTG Board Member and was the livestream and camera director for Wuthering Heights.
