Fleur studied Theatre in Education at the University of the Arts Utrecht in the Netherlands. Her program was focused on teaching, coaching and directing and her classes were mostly based on body movement, mime and improvisation. As a director she is mostly focused on devised theatre.

Fleur was an ensemble member of the June showcase for Antigone.
