Victrola is an Art+Technology and Comics studies student at the University of Oregon. They are a Japanese-American comics artist who has previously made a comic zine “The History of Queer Hollywood”.

They are also a taiko player in the University of Oregon’s taiko group Ahiru Daiko and worked as business executive from 2022-2023. They helped Ahiru Daiko host Intercollegiate Taiko Invitational for the event’s 30th anniversary and 1st time hosted outside of California. Additionally, they took part in some high school theater as ensemble in The Addams Family and Flotsam in The Little Mermaid.

They have an interest in Japanese-American history, queer history, Gothic horror, antique books, vinyls, and comics/animation history.
